2. Watch "The Law of Empowerment" portion of "The 21 Irrefutable Laws of Leadership" video
After reading the chapter, answer the following questions:
1. Why did the Ford Company lose its market share?
2. How did both Henry Ford and Henry Ford II violate the Law of Empowerment? How did this affect their company?
3. Give an example of how a leader in your profession or area of service has violated the Law of Empowerment, and how it has affected his or her organization.
4. Give an example of how a leader in your profession or area of service has exemplified the Law of Empowerment, and how it has affected his or her organization.

6. Are you more likely to resist empowering others due to your desire for job security, resistance to change, lack of self-worth, or another reason? How can you get past this leadership obstacle?
7. What are some ways you will empower others in your current position?
